Touch-Ups

• One touch-up is included & scheduled at your initial appointment.

• Photos required before booking color boosts.

You Cannot Receive a Cosmetic Tattoo if:

• Under 18 years old, pregnant/breastfeeding, or taking blood thinners, methotrexate, or similar medications.

• Have taken antibiotics/steroids within 10 days

• Taken Accutane/chemotherapy/radiation within 1 year.

• Have uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled high BP, hemophilia, a pacemaker, keloid history, heart valve replacement, or congenital heart disease.

• Have sunburn, rash or a rosacea flare-up in the treatment area. Moles, skin tags, and active blemishes cannot be tattooed over.

Health & Allergies

Disclose all conditions/medications; doctor clearance required if under medical care. Thyroid medications may affect color. If you want to do an allergy patch test, it requires 24 hours, a doctor’s reading, and completion before your appointment.

Lips

• Kristy does not currently tattoo melanin-rich lips.

• Lip filler: complete 5 weeks before lip blushing appt.

• Lip implants: complete 6 months before lip blushing appt.

• If you have ever had a cold sore - must discuss antiviral cold-sore prevention with your doctor before your lip blushing appt.

Treatment Restrictions

• No facial Botox for 2 weeks before after; lip filler requires 5 weeks.

• Chemical peels: none 3 weeks before/after.

• Retinols/similar products: stop topical use 14 days before; check with your prescriber before changing oral/prescribed products.
