By scheduling, you agree to the following:
Previous work
• If you have previous work from a different artist - do not book. Send Kristy photos so she can confirm it’s something she’s willing to work over/with. Kristy does not take in clients with previous eyeliner from a different artist. Even if it’s completely faded.
Booking Fee
• Non-refundable; applied toward your service total.
• Appointments are not confirmed without it.
Touch-Ups & Color Boosts
• One 6-week touch-up included; additional touch-ups/color boosts charged separately.
• Photos required before annual/color boost appointments.
Eligibility & Health
• 18+, not pregnant/breastfeeding, and not on blood thinners.
• Cannot receive permanent makeup if you are taking methotrexate medication or similar products.
• No antibiotics or steroids within 10 days prior.
• Must disclose medical conditions; doctor clearance required if under care.
• Cannot tattoo over moles, skin tags, rosacea flare-ups, or active blemishes.
• No Accutane within 1 year, no sunburn, no chemo/radiation within 1 year, no uncontrolled diabetes/high BP, hemophilia, or pacemaker.
• Thyroid medications may affect color.
• Cannot receive PMU if you have a history of keloid scarring
• Cannot tattoo if you had heart valve replacement or have congenital heart disease
• Allergy patch test - patch test is a 24 hour process and will need to be read by a doctor. If you want to do a patch test with the products used during the service - this needs to be completed before your scheduled appointment
Lips
• Kristy is not currently tattooing melanin rich lips.
• Lip blushing and fillers must be spaced appropriately: 5 weeks apart; implants: 6 months after implant, 1 month after blushing.
• Anti-fungal/antiviral medication is suggested when getting lips tattooed to prevent cold sore breakouts.
Eyeliner
• MUST stop using eyelash growth serums 30 days before your appointment
• LASIK healed 3+ months, no contacts during/72 hrs after, eyelash extensions removed 1 week prior.
• Glaucoma clients cannot receive eyeliner tattoos.
• Tear duct plugs removed 6+ weeks prior; must stop lash serums 1+ month prior.
• Eyeliner only in black; other colors must be approved.
• Kristy is only offering Lash Enhancement on the top eyelid (very thin eyeliner) and/or bottom eyeliner
Restrictions
• No Botox/filler in/around the face 2 weeks before/after.
• No chemical peels 3 weeks before/after
• Must stop using retinols and/or similar products 14 days before your appointment (topical & oral)
Results & Refunds
• Results vary; no guarantees.
• No refunds on services, booking fees, or gift certificates.
Guests
• Do not bring extra guests or children unless pre approved.
Right to Refuse
• Service may be refused for safety, medical reasons, or unrealistic expectations.
