•If you’ve had work done from a different artist, do not schedule until receiving pre approval from Kristy!
•Not 18 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding.
•Currently taking blood thinning medications.
•Taking antibiotics and/or steroids within 10 days of your appointment.
•Using retinol (or similar products) at least 14 days prior to your appointment. (topical & oral)
•Uncontrolled diabetic or uncontrolled high blood pressure or hemophilia.
•On chemotherapy or radiation within 1 year of your appointment.
•History of keloid scarring.
•On Accutane within one year or sunburned at your appointment.
•Rosacea cannot be tattooed over.
•Had heart valve replacement or have congenital heart disease.
•If you are under the care of a physician for a specific condition, you must get pre approval first.
•Thyroid complications: yes, you can receive a cosmetic tattoo but please be aware that this can cause the pigment to turn ashy, grey or blue in color.
•Eyeliner: You MUST stop using eyelash growth serum at least 1 month before your appointment.
•Eyeliner: You cannot wear contacts during your appt. Also asked to keep your contacts out for 72 hours after your appt.
•Eyeliner: eyelash extensions must be removed one week before your appointment.
•If there is a blemish in the area - we will need to wait until it’s healed.
•If you have any medical condition(s) with your eye(s) that require a doctors monitoring such as Glaucoma and using medicated eye drops - you must bring a doctor's note confirming you can move forward with eyeliner.
•No Botox or filler in the area up to 2 weeks before and after your appointments.
•No chemical peels 3 weeks before and after your appointments.
•Kristy cannot tattoo over anything raised above the skin (moles, skin tags)
•If you would like to have a patch test done regarding allergies, this needs to be completed before the day of your appointment
•Annual/color boost appts. please send Kristy photos of your previous work before you book.
