Booking & Studio Policies

Please read before booking. By scheduling, you agree to the following:

Booking Fee

• Non-refundable; applied toward your service total.

• Appointments are not confirmed without it.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 48+ hours’ notice required to reschedule/cancel.

• Less than 48 hours or no-shows = loss of booking fee/new fee to rebook.

Touch-Ups & Color Boosts

• One 6-week touch-up included; additional touch-ups/color boosts charged separately.

• Photos required before annual/color boost appointments.

• Multiple sessions may be needed for dramatic or dark/lip looks.

Eligibility & Health

• 18+, not pregnant/breastfeeding, and not on blood thinners.

• No antibiotics or steroids within 10 days prior.

• Must disclose medical conditions; doctor clearance required if under care.

• Cannot tattoo over keloids, moles, skin tags, rosacea flare-ups, or active blemishes.

• Cold sores & lips: Trauma from lip tattooing can trigger cold sore breakouts, even if you’ve never had one. It is highly recommended to consult your doctor about antiviral/anti-fungal medication (Zovirax, Valtrex, Famvir) to help prevent outbreaks. Cold sore breakouts can affect healed results.

• No Accutane within 1 year, no sunburn, no recent chemo/radiation, uncontrolled diabetes/high BP, hemophilia, or pacemaker.

• Thyroid medications may affect color.

Lips

• Kristy is not currently tattooing melanin rich lips.

• Lip blushing and fillers must be spaced appropriately: 5 weeks apart; implants: 6 months after implant, 1 month after blushing.

• Anti-fungal/antiviral medication is suggested when getting lips tattooed to prevent cold sore breakouts.

Eyes

• LASIK healed ≥3 months, no contacts during/72 hrs after, eyelash extensions removed 1 week prior.

• Glaucoma clients cannot receive eyeliner tattoos.

• Tear duct plugs removed ≥6 weeks prior; stop lash serums ≥1 month prior.

• Eyeliner only in black; other colors must be approved.

Restrictions

• No Botox/filler 2 weeks before/after.

• No chemical peels 3 weeks before/after.

Results & Refunds

• Results vary; no guarantees.

• No refunds on services, booking fees, or gift certificates.

Guests

• No extra guests or children unless approved.

Right to Refuse

• Service may be refused for safety, medical reasons, or unrealistic expectations.
